I have found that as a Loan Officer we are sales people above everything. I work hard on being as helpful and as useful as possible to my clients, builders and agents. I have tried to marketing for business many different ways, newspapers or magazine ads and even television. I have invested quite a bit of money into marketing in the last 12 months. The one thing that has always been the most effective is working with Realtors. A Realtor is looking for the next buyer just like you and me and they want to close the loan just as bad as you do.
