I was telling him about my Panama Project and he about a similar project he is working on. Tomorrow morning I am hoping to close a personal short sale. This process has been anything but short. We started back in June of 07. Almost eight months later and four lenders ago we finally have approval to close. We only have tomorrow, to close according to the lender in the second position. I have had the home owners insurance in place since December of 2007. Good thing, because we would not have made this dead line. We just found out yesterday that we might close on tomorrow (Friday). Every phone conversation should be noted. In MS Outlook there is a way to help with this note keeping.  
•1.       Go to your contact list.
•2.       Then click on the contact.
•3.       Once you click on the contact, go to Actions at the top.
•4.       In the drop down menu, click on create. Then go to new Journal Entry for Contact.
•5.       From here you can makes note on the conversation.
•6.       Save & Close.
Now in the Journal you can go back and see where a conversation took place with dates and time and length of the conversation.
