I recently posted about my upcoming trip to Chicago. My family and I will attend a Chicago Cubs games in August. We purchase the tickets from www.Razorgator.com. They had many tickets to chose from as well as prices for all budgets. I purchase the tickets on Wednesday afternoon appx. Three o'clock. On Thursday morning about 9 A.M. they were in our hands. This subject has been cover before. I will like to share this thought. When you do return the call be a professional. I tried for two days to get some basic information on a listing. My question, Is the listing Active? Well when the agent calls back, the agent acted as if why are you calling me. Is the listing still active? Actually, I have not updated the MLS yet. It is under contract.

I got a call today for a rental. The area they needed help was in Houma LA. That is down the Bayou from me but I decide to help out a friend who works that area. This afternoon I decide to take the afternoon off.  I have been rather busy so a break in the action was needed. I decide to uncover the in ground pool. The cover I used appears to have work well this winter. Most of the leaves were captured before entering the pool. The water is not a clear as I like. It stock goes around $64 per share. What was a simple lease appx. 3k per month has escalated to a company that is hiring skill workers. What information do you need to bring to a closing? Just got back in from this morning closing and the other agent was not prepared at all. The other agent forgot her final inspection release form and others to say the least. Now I am awaiting the fax. We have a check list that we require all agents to turn in with their signed Hud1 statement. With the paperwork incomplete your commissions will be held up.  Prepare for your closing and make sure you bring the file with you.
