What a year, decade. Good Bye 2000's. Not sure what to call this first decade of 2000 but I know the last five years have been anything but fun. First go back to Y2K and the world coming to an end theories. In 2003 I was bless with my little girl birth. ( not bad for an old guy ;). In 2005 right when things were blasting off to the moon in a positive manner Hurricane Katrina hits. It appears from that point nothing but trouble has cross my path. Hat's off to Oklahoma's Tom Coburn (R).These amendments propose that all members of Congress, Senator and their staffs be require to carry the same government run health care plan as the rest of us.

Although the weather was blistery out side the restaurant provided warm and good spirits. Being on  Bourbon St. there is plenty of action for after dinner fun. To start our meal we began with Oysters and a likable adult beverage (Kool Aid). For my main coarse I enjoyed the Pasta Jambalya. The total cost per person with drinks about $50.00. Not to mention the great service. When in New Orleans check out The Red Fish Grill.

For the first time in team history the Saints are among the elite with a 12-0 record. The French Quarter will be rock-in all night again.
Next game is at Atlanta. Now we are just playing for playoff position.

Tonight we will be dinning at the Red Fish Grill in the French Quarter. The last time we ate at the Red fish Grillwas during the last NAR (New Orleans). After we will stroll down Bourbon St. for a few laughs and some Kool Aid (For Adults Only).

New Orleans Historic Roosevelt Hotel Christmas Tradition - 12/01/09 08:36 AM
In the lobby of the Roosevelt Hotel is the tradition Christmas display. The display will be on display until Jan 1 2010. The display has been on hold while repairs from Hurricane Katrina were being completed. I remember as a child going to this display. The hotel is fine building and full of tradition. It is located in the main part of the City of New Orleans. Many of New Orleans area attractions are with in walking distance of the hotel:

Wonderful Day In New Orleans
I have a head ache, sore throat and no its not the Flu.
The New Orleans Saint are 11-0.
The New Orleans Saints beat the New England Pat's last night in the Louisiana Superdome.In New Orleans some of my friends are still out in the French Quarter and won't make it into work today (at least on time).
Just so you know the chant the fans sing is "Who Dat Say They Gonna Beat them SAINTS!"
WHO DAT!
The crowd was the loudest that I have ever heard. The French Quarter was like Mardi Gras.
