School Zones are In Effect 
It's that time of year. Lets take care and when we drive. Especially in school zones. Speed limits are strictly enforce. Also be aware of school buses loading and unloading children. Most area local schools zone are patrolled and tickets are issue with no bias.  A school bus driver can report any violation of the law. The fines for this violation can be substantial and the driver’s license may be suspended. Most school zones have reduce speed limits in effect from 7-9 am and 2-4 pm. What To Do This Weekend In Kenner, La. Dog Show | Phontchartrain Center Kenner, LA 70065 - 08/04/11 02:27 PM
The Metairie Kennel Club will present their 95th Anniversary Show, this weekend at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner. The showing include all Breed Dog. This morning we watched the Great Dane presentation. Those dogs were well trained and big. 

In addition to watching the dogs, the Phontchartrain provides a comfortable setting in that the show is indoor and well air condition.

 
The dates run from today August 4th thru August 7, 2011. Cost is FREE.
