Often client will ask for a property's value. As a Realtor we are not license or trained to appraise real estate. This post explains the difference between an Appraisal and a Comparative Market Analysis.
What's the Difference Between an Appraisal and a Comparative Market Analysis
No proper real estate transaction can completed unless the true value of the house is determined. Most real estate agents will look into closed sales to use as a guide to reaching a Fair Market value for the subject property. This would be considered a Comparable Market Analysis, or CMA.

The Metairie Kennel Club will present their 95th Anniversary Show, this weekend at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner. The showing include all Breed Dog. This morning we watched the Great Dane presentation. Those dogs were well trained and big.
In addition to watching the dogs, the Phontchartrain provides a comfortable setting in that the show is indoor and well air condition.

This August will mark the 4th Anniversary of Hurricane Katarina. The City of New Orleans and this region is still rebuilding. Many issues still are in debate and causing delays. A bright spot is occurring as I write this post. Teenagers a report 37,000 are here to help. These teenagers are doing everything to help our City. In case you don't realize it is in the 90's as far as the temperature and we still see them everywhere.
