I have a client I am working with. She is a first time buyer and as a lot of advisors lending advise. One adviser recommends getting an inspection of a property before she places a contract on the property. That's ok I guess, but what if someone comes and places a purchase agreement during this inspection period? She would be out of the cost of the inspections. Today with the development of a storm in the Lower Atlantic, TS Dean, I think this point along with Hurricane preparedness is worth mentioning again. Texas is securing and preparing for a blow.
