Don't forget to move the clocks back one hour on Saturday night for Standard Daylight Time. It's also a perfect time to replace the batteries for the Smoke Detectors in your Home.
Daylight Saving Time is four weeks longer since 2007. The thought and hope is to save 10.000 barrels of oil each day by reducing the power used by business. This Spring 2012 we will change the time again on March 11, 2011. I for one can't wait.

In the past, I have posted on helpful tips a buyer should do to prepare for a closing. I did not think at the time about Agent preparation for closing. After all I thought it would be common sense. Here is a list of tips that I would do to prepare for a closing if I was a Listing agent:
