Here in Louisiana, and in most part of the United States we need to be mindful of the new cost of flood insurance. We here in Southeast Louisiana may think it is only us who were affected by Hurricane Katrina. This law effect many of us. What can we do is contact your local US Representative and Senator and tell them to vote to change this law. These new Flood Insurance premiums will cause lost sales and possible lost of property due to unfavorable rates.
