I have been using efax for several years. Six months ago I switch over to a hard line totally (sending and receiving faxes). In addition I would then scan the file. The cost for efax was $16 per month and hard line $40 a month.

A better reason to stay in touch with the customer is for follow up purposes. After two years, this customer called back and the personal issue had been resolved. The customer had lost of the title work and land survey, etc...

New Orleans is still on the comeback trail from Hurricane Katrina. According to City Business, New Orleans LA has been given the Southern Business and Development's Major Market of the Year designation.
One reason for the designation is the Federal City project. It will generate appx. 748 jobs and invest in the neighborhood of 110 million dollars. This award shows New Orleans return and rebuilding efforts since Hurricane Katrina. A lot of work still needs to be done but is getting down.

This post is a little different in the sense my thought this morning is giving to your community. Almost every Saturday for the last two years I have spent my time playing and coaching golf. We coach kids from the age of 7-18 years of age. The program is called The First Tee.
The volunteer coach help the participants learn the game of golf while learning great life skills. Each session includes a life skill topic as well as putting, chipping and driving exercises.

A recent poll in Baton Rouge La show the general public believes that home price points are about the same as in 2007. Of the 150 poll, forty one percent thought the home prices were the same as in 2007. Twenty eight thought that prices for real estate were down.
This is survey, was conduct and report by the Real Estate Weekly.

Revisiting Summer of 2008
During the last summer the temperature in Kenner LA was quite warm. So was the real estate activity. Nowhere was activity more noted than in Driftwood subdivision, Kenner LA.
