I was writing an email to an inspector who teaches a green building class with a few resources that he may want to share, then I thought it would be appropriate to share them here.
 
Why would you want to know about green building techniques? Maybe you are not going to be an energy rater or a green building verifier, but these building practices are becoming standard practice. I have a fondness for movie theaters. I used to work in one when I was younger. I particularly like the old Art Deco theaters, which really carry you away. I go to the Bookstop on West Alabama street, since you can still see a few elements of the old theater. I joke about the ghost with Whole Food employees at the old Bellaire theater location.
