What a winter we have experienced thus far. Christmas brought us an abundance of snow.. and cold temperatures. How unusual for Vancouver weather... Now we are in a fog pit. You can barely see a foot before your giant step. This past week the skies opened up and the sun was as bright as a fire ball.. you needed sunglasses because the glare was so strong and bright.

I noticed that the sun has brought the shoppers out of the fog.. Huston we have buyers !! Our team has experienced a break through this week. Buyers were waiting for the sun .. we have had the busiest week in 2 months. I can't wait to see what this week will bring!

So when the fog set's in keep stepping forward because the sun is coming. We have so much to look forward too. Today is a new day!!

I have been creating a goal poster over the past couple of years. One thing I have noticed as I get older my dreams and goals have changed. During the holidays I took time to once again create my dream poster ..  to set my business goals for the coming year. I even went so far as to set a budget for 2009.. YIKES !!!  I have decided to take my business one day at a time.. once I achieve one day at a time .. I plan to increase to one week at a time. Most millionaire real estate agents set goals and live by a schedule it counts for accountability.

I noticed over the holiday season that I missed my routine! I am forever chatting it up with my children about routine and yet this past winter I noticed more than ever the importance of routine more than ever...it could be because we have more snow than ever .. it is dark and cold outside at 6:00am .. and I just don't want to get out of bed. So there goes rountine. Monday is a new day!

I challenge you to set your goals in family and business and watch and see what dreams come true.

I believe that giving into our community allows us to be a part of the everyday lives of the individuals that live among us. Who is your neighbour? What can I do to make a difference? Are just some of the questions that I ask myself? With all the doom and gloom forecasted for the economy how will our community be set apart from others? What does our community stands for? Are we about making a difference or do we turn our heads so we don't see what's happening? I believe that we are a community that cares and that is set apart because we give our time to listen, donate time & money..  we do not  stand still and wait for someone else to make a difference .. we make the difference.

We at Keller Williams are so blessed to have Liz Moraz as our new Team Leader! We are looking forward to a year of growth and even though there will be challenges because life is so.. we have so much to look forward too. I am just getting to know our new team leader and feel genuinely blessed by her willingness to share and care.

I find change challenging ....  I don't even have a word for it? I just know that change is challenging and with change comes growth. And with growth comes new beginnings. I love new beginnings.

Holy Snowball Day!! I am not sure how you show homes in a snow storm... rain storm ... out here in the Fraser Valley with the tempature warming and the amount of snow that has fallen over the past week.

I think we are going to need a canoe to take our clients from home to home. Looking forward to a warm .. dry spring.

WOW!! I must be getting old because Christmas seems to get here quicker and quicker every year..teehee..

Remember when you were a child and it seemed like Christmas took forever? I remember placing the hot chocolate and cookies out for Santa and wondering if he would have time to stop. Or if Santa's stomach  would be too full by the time he landed on our roof top. ( It could be a tight squeeze)

I love the child like mind. Nothing complicated .. everything seemed simple .. when we were children it was easier to dream and to believe.

I encourage you ... never stop dreaming or believeing!

The world says times are going to get tougher. Are you going to believe the world?

I have found in my life that if I look at the world and what the world says I have so much disappointment and heartache. I choose to believe that life is great! And no matter the journey I will succeed.

When we battle the storms in life, faith get's us through things that seem impossible!
