January 2009 Summary -Sales: 0, down 100% from 6 homes a year ago.Median Sales Price: N/AMonths Supply of Inventory: 18.3 months, up 26% from a year ago.
December 2008 Summary -Sales: 5 homes, down 20% from a year ago.Median Sales Price: $427,500, up 30% from a year ago.Months Supply of Inventory: 30.5 months, up 88% from a year ago.
