Many brokerages are happy to hire any newly licensed agent, especially if that agent is energetic and excited. What many new agents don't realize is that the interview is a chance for YOU to decide which company YOU would like to be affiliated with. Take the time to interview at least three or four brokerages, including both large franchises and smaller companies, to see which works best for you! ______________________________________
