My guess is that if you are having problems with your heart you would not go to your family practitioner but you would want the very best possible cardiologist?

What about help with your tax preparation, would you go to anyone to prepare your taxes and someone that is not aware of the newest IRS regulations that could cause you to pay more taxes than necessary? or would you go to an extremely knowledgeable CPA?

Why is it that we don’t take the time to find out more about the knowledge and expertise the Realtor has when dealing with investment properties. Would you feel real comfortable if you happened to have more knowledge than they do?

I can assure you that if they happened to own some rentals and have flipped a property in all likelihood you will be in great hands.
