With Countrywide tightening up their requirements and pulling away from the sub prime market I want to let you know that I still have some programs that will meet your  needs.  According to an article I read ( Reuters) Countrywide is restructuring their loans to meet Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae purchase requirements. This means no more 100% financing with questionable credit.  I do have a company that is still doing 100% with a 580 credit score, and a company that will go to 90% with a 550. Call me

This is a nice home for a family. With 4 bedrooms upstairs and a living room and den downstairs, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and relax. In the last 9 months there have been 145 lender go out of business, and more still in serious trouble. These are lender that we all have come to know and rely on to get our clients that special mortgage.   This has changed the parameters in the lending industries.
Every one in the Mortgage and Real-estate business will have to rethink the way we all do business.
