Comment moderation serves to insulate Advertorial- Bloggers from several dangers; however, if 100s of worthless comments placed by 'spam bots' are filling that moderator it taxes one's time & productivity. Our clients & prospects don't necessarily need to stumble upon our advertising or marketing efforts in order to be thinking of us and readily informed. It means that if we can offer useful information via a well positioned blog, we can build voluntary, directly informed & ever- loyal customer relationships. For your business, it's an obvious marketing challenge. Your customers are searching [and subscribing] just like you do. Have you thought about what makes your prospect or client any different than you? The fact is people search because they can! They're interviewing us before they ever contact us. Old ties and/ or methods only last so long, but future customers will search AND we have no control over that. The smart companies are dealing with this by sharing what they know, what they see and what they have to offer.
