      <title>Radon</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I have recently gone through training and certification in radon measurement and mitigation.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;It is surprising that more&amp;nbsp;Buyers are not educated or aware of this easy to test&amp;nbsp;and inexpensive to fix, Cancer causing gas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In a nearby county they have started requiring passive mitigation techniques&amp;nbsp;for new construction,so if high levels are found after construction(less likely because a passive system will usually reduce gas by 50%),a fan could be easily integrated.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"A consumers guide to radon" by the EPA is a good resource.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>"Move in Certified"</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I performed an inspection for a client and posted it on www.MoveinCertified.com .&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The report provides a third-party, unbiased opinion to offer to potential&amp;nbsp;buyers.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The client has the property under contract and the buyer is comfortable with the report.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This transaction worked out nicely and I hope to do more pre-listing inspections in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This type inspection helps to keep the surprises and negotiations to a minimum.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Indian silloette on the prairie</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/2/3/8/7/5/ar118444061157832.JPG" height="341" alt="indian" width="614" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is a metal indian silloette in the prairie outside of Akron Colorado.There is alot of wide open space in eastern Colorado and every once in a while you will see these out in the middle of nowhere.I think they are neat.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I took a picture of this one on my way to an inspection in Otis Colorado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Estes Park</title>

Estes park is only an hour West of Greeley with great veiws and picnic sites along the way.There is shopping downtown and tourist attractions.There are great hiking trails and the national park entrance also.This is a nice place to go on a day trip and we do it when we can.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Getting a cheap inspection (one of 3 deadly mistakes listed by NACHI)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Getting a cheap inspection.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Buying a home is probably the most &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;expensive purchase you will ever make. This &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The cost of a home inspection is very small &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;relative to the home being inspected. The &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;additional cost of hiring a certified inspector&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;is almost insignificant. As a homebuyer, you &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;have recently been crunching the numbers,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;negotiating offers, adding up closing costs,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;shopping for mortgages and trying to get the&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;best deals. Do not stop now. Do not let your&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Real Estate agent, a patty-cake inspector or&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;anyone else talk you into skimping here.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NACHI front-ends its membership&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;requirements. NACHI turns down more than&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/2 the inspectors who want to join because &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;they can&amp;#39;t fulfill the membership&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;requirements.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NACHI certified inspectors perform the best&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;inspections by far. NACHI certified inspectors &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;earn their fees many times over. They do &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;more, they deserve more, and yes they&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;generally charge a little more.
