Hello All. I am looking for some advice for a case that is going to mediation through our local board on Thursday. I received a contact through my web site a few months back for someone who wanted to see homes in my town. I emailed him listings and we scheduled an appointment to go out that weekend. After sending the buyer the listings, he chose eight homes that he wanted to see and chose one in particular as his favorite.
