Our local market in Shreveport and Bossier City is very strong.  As a whole, we are off 4.1% from a year ago.  I know most of the press is leading people to believe the sky is falling, but here in Shreveport and Bossier City, the time is good to buy or sell real estate.   If you would like to see all 2500 homes for sale in our area you can visit http://www.shreveportagents.com/ and search all the homes for sale.
