Hello All !!  I have been on ActiveRain for approximately 1 week now and can't begin to tell you how ecstatic I am that I have joined the network.  Unlike other blogs I've joined (and since x'd), this site is not for p'rs and m'rs who tend to offer argumentative and mean spirited opinions to other professionals on the network.  You guys are true professionals and it shows by your blogging and offerings of "GOOD" advice.  Keep up the good work.  You guys Rock !!! Have any agents heard of, or currently use, The Personal Marketing Company?  They have a "Drip Campaign" for client follow up that seems like a great deal.  For their 5 year program, they offer client follow up for a low fee of $25.00 per client.  This includes mailing your clients a set of mailing labels for their new address, a client survey from the National Statistical Research Company which you receive a copy of when your client returns it to them, a copy of Today's Living Magazine with your agent branding, and Jumbo Postcards.  That's 23 mailings over a 5 year … (3 comments)

I keep hearing of a current claim/lawsuit that was filed by a blind person against an agent who advertised a property as having a View of the Ocean.  Does anyone have any information on this ?  I can't seem to find anyting on it.  Has it really gone this far???????  If anyone has information, please be sure to reply with a comment.  … (2 comments)

I would like to take this opportunity to wish each and everyone of you a Happy and Proserpous 2007 !!!  All too often in the busy course of doing business we tend to forget to thank those on the other end of the transaction for their help, hard work and dedication in getting our deals to close.  We thank our sellers, our buyers but tend to sometimes forget each other.  So....with that note, I would like to THANK all of you AGENTS for making it an EXTREME PLEASURE to be in the real estate field.  THANK YOU !!
