Today, I showed, or tried to show three properties. Before I left to meet my client, I called one of the listing offices because I hadn't received a confirmation message. I thought for sure I had missed or lost the call somehow. The lady who answered was kind, chuckled and said that she would call the sellers to verify for me. No, apparently, today was not a good day for them and they had left that message with the listing office yesterday (probably last night). Okay, so, we now have two homes to see. What events are you attending this spring? The market always seems to be more active in the spring months, no matter what the market seems to be going through. Are you networking? Attending your continuing education classes for your license? Signing up for a new designation? Of course, I suggest a Buffini Turning Point! Yes, you can imagine the pressure:) Buff's favorite holiday, the Coach is from Ireland! He even runs a contest among us Clubnetters, just to see how competitive and resourceful we can be. This year, I have a goal of 100 popbys for this holiday. I have given out 20 so far. I wrap them up and label them at night, place them in a big box, and then place the box in the back of my Toyota 4 Runner for delivery the next day. Yes, we have had or are still having, our winter weekend snowstorm. Welcome to New England. It is slowing down now and plans are being made to dig out and get going. This weekend, the HomeBuilders Association of Hartford County, is hosting the original Connecticut Home & Remodeling Show in this area, at the New Connecticut Convention Center.
