What a good way to spend a Sunday morning!  Clients of mine are looking to purchase a second home on a lake in Connecticut.  Though this morning started out with rain, the sun popped out while we were looking at these lake properites.  The boat launches were not busy.  Only one or two boats went by while we took our tours.  Sunday must be sleep in day on the lake!  Some folks were walking babies, one Dad and his two boys walked by with fishing poles and one cottage was getting a new roof today.  We looked at several properties, with … (6 comments)

This morning I went out for coffee with one of my agents.  Real early.  Met a lovely lady in the next booth who I hadn't seen for months.  Apparently they come to breakfast, only when school is in session.  She asked me for a few of my cards to give out at her Church.  A member is thinking of selling her home and downsizing.

Please do, let me know, if you will be attending the Brian Buffini MasterMind Summit in August.  It would be so cool to meet all of you:)  I laugh as I post this because my children remember one thing the most, from their California visits over the years.  The saying, that's cool, or, so cool.  To this day, when anyone mentions Disneyland or Brian Buffini, my kids come out with, that's cool.  We all burst out in laughter.

Every morning it is important, to me, to start off the day on a positive way.  Bright and early, my lab, Jack, wakes me up.  You can't help but smile because he is so enthusiastic and happy about this new day! After taking care of his morning needs, I ready myself for the day.  Some mornings, I go out for coffee and breakfast.  Over the years, I have been fortunate to meet really good friends.  It has become a tradition to see this people who greet you with a friendly smile.  Almost like an extended family.

Do you talk to your clients when you popby? I always tell them to help me with the popby tagline, I am not always clever with those.  If they are not home, I leave it at the door they use, then I call to make sure their neighbor didn't take it.  They laugh when I say that!  Do you popby to the attorneys that you use regularly?  Attorneys and their staff, love the visit and gift:) How about your closest friends, your vendors, the man who works on your car, your landscaper, the person you buy coffee from during the day, believe … (19 comments)
