buffini blitz: Blitzing with Popbys, in Snowy Connecticut! - 01/28/11 08:28 PM
Here are some of my A+ folks!  I used De icer that I purchased by the case, many of them, at Sam's Club.  The Tagline read: I'm here to provide you and your referrals 20/20 vision to maneuver today's wintery market!  Then, add OBTW  This tagline was provided to me by another Buffini Member, Carol MacDonald at ERA Andrew Realty, in Stoneham, Ma, near Boston, MA  Please remember, the phrases, like OBTW, are trademarked.

buffini blitz: Week Five of the Blitz, Success Report! - 02/19/10 09:41 AM
This week has flown by!  Rates are dropping, the bailout bonus monies are about, here and there, and the market is buzzing!  We have had snow storms, here in New England, and they haven't even stopped the momentum of our business!
If you are waiting to list your home, you may just miss your best opportunity!  Buyers are out and shopping now.  They are purchasing their new homes.
I have two closings today.  Whoo Hoo!  Another next week and another two weeks after that.  Yes, the market is blooming, right through the snow!
The Buffini Blitz has empowered many of us … (0 comments)

buffini blitz: The Blitz, Week Four - 02/08/10 05:46 PM
Let's hear how you are doing!  This week will be a lot of face to face with your family, clients, vendors and friends.
In between the assignment, are you still calling your database, sending your notes and mailing your CAP items.  Keep up with it, it will make a difference in your production.  It will, also, make your relationships much deeper with everyone around you.
I catch myself, boldy handing out my cards and popbys to perfect strangers!  I told my Coach that the confidence that you build, from the Blitz, is very empowering.
Stay as much as you can, on target.  … (3 comments)

buffini blitz: Week Three of the Blitz! - 02/01/10 03:12 PM
Here we go!
The hustle and bustle in the real estate market is caused by the Buffini Members who are earnestly working away at their business, because of the Buffini Blitz.  The systems only work, for those who participate fully in them.  True, you can miss a day, here and there.  I have known members who have actually missed weeks, yet still, caught up and performed.  They are all successful and having a good year, already!  Catching up, counts!  It's twice as much Work!
The effects of this first 90 days, will change your business, for the rest of this year.  Don't … (4 comments)

buffini blitz: Week Two of the Blitz! - 01/25/10 05:56 PM
So, let's here from you.  How did you do last week?  My competitive spirit makes me over perform during these Blitz days:)  I popped by everyone I knew, wanted to know, or who I thought I knew!  It was exhausting and fun!  Seeing everyone face to face, does take time.  Yet, my days seemed to fly by.  Listings, showings, appointments, and yes, Blitzing, too!  It was an awesome week.
On to week two.  Today, it rained all day in Connecticut.  Very warm for this time of year, 55.  Very wet, so, thank goodness, it wasn't popby week!  LOL!  Umbrellas would have … (3 comments)

buffini blitz: Where Do You Find Your Popby Gifts? - 01/13/09 06:32 PM
Okay, we've taught you all about popbys.  When to do them.  Who to give them to.  Ideas of types of popbys.  I realized today that you may not know where to find these little goodies.
If you have a client with a business, like a nursery.  I would be sure to have one of my month's selections for popbys, an item from him.
Your best bet is to look through the warehouse clubs.  SAM's (My favorite), Cosco or BJ's.  Again, you need to be aware of your clients and what could they really use.  Time the popby by the season that … (17 comments)
