I am at Sam's Club in Manchester, Connecticut, using their free ATT internet access. Paying my bills online and catching up with my online life:)
Been roughing it for a couple of days. The snow that we received on Saturday into Sunday was more than we expected. 10 inches of beautiful white snow. Yes, it is a beautiful sight to see. However, it was a heavy, wet snow that caused tress to fall, branches to split and it will be weeks before we are back to any kind of normal. Yes, in Connecticut, we were hit by a huge snowstorm. The snow will remain for awhile. The streets are still, not down to the surface. The state highway and town highway departments, are trying to remove the snow with front end loaders and large dump trucks. The snow is piled so high, that to pull out of a road, you must pull out into that next road, to see if anything is coming. Very dangerous.

I am a Mom, a Wife, an Aunt, a Sister, a Cousin, a Grandmother and a Friend. I try to be as good as my Mom was. She was amazing, no matter what. A Wife that made her husband shine and laugh. I always remember my parents laughing, often. She was a favored Grammie, by nine Grandchildren. A Sister who thought of her siblings as her best friends. An Aunt who loved her nieces and nephews, as if, they were her own children. Her friends, she treated like family, always. We thought we were related to most of our neighbors!

The year, 2010, is already giving me a good start for my business. Many of us have struggled to get through the last few years and our payback is on its way. It won't rebound like the last high marker, but, it will bounce along until we reach an acceptable level. After all, someone is moving, every day. New job, larger family, downsizing a family home, buying a second home for vacations, divorce, and people die.

I had to share my latest experience with you. I am sure it has, or will, happen to you. I have three wonderful children, who are now adults. They all make me very proud. Good citizens, kind and considerate of others and they really are motivated.
