I had to share my latest experience with you. I am sure it has, or will, happen to you. I have three wonderful children, who are now adults. They all make me very proud. Good citizens, kind and considerate of others and they really are motivated. My youngest Daughter is, now, looking for a house. She has spent the most time with me, during my real estate career. Yes, spring has sprung! We are enjoying warm, sunny days in Connecticut. Grass is much greener and the flowers are blooming in full color. So are the buyers! Business is blooming all over. The closing agents are backed up, yet again. They are not complaining, though. Just happy to be helping folks that are buying and selling homes. So are, the Realtors, Bankers, Home Inspectors, Appraisers and Contractors. Interest rates are still very low. A great advantage to have when the prices are still falling, too. Did you hear this when you were a child? Going upstairs and bringing clean laundry up, for your Mom, since you were going upstairs anyway? You just won't believe it. I showed one of these homes, a week or so ago. My clients had a few questions about the property, but, they really liked it. I went to the town hall to look up the file on this property. With the information that was in the file, I was able to answer their questions. One of the questions was the actual garage size.
