I realize that we all become busy. In today's technology, how hard is it to simply answer an email or a phone message. Just let us know what you and your client's thought of the property. I even offer an email system that will notify the agent of a survey, very short, to take about the property. A few clicks! I know that now some agents are not offering feedback, because they feel they represent the buyer and don't want to share their client's thoughts. I had a client call and let me know that she was getting estimates for her Father's home. We want to list it for sale, soon, and we thought we should have a new roof installed first. Just thought I would call and make sure it was the right thing for us to do, was the message on my voicemail this morning. I couldn't call her back fast enough. Wish I had her on speed dial! Here's the thing. The roof is not five years old yet. I knew this because I had sold her Father that home. Jeepers! I couldn't … (2 comments)

Oh, you're really going to love this one! Is your seller a person who called in to your office? Did they ask for you, in particular? Was it an email correspondent? How about, did they come to an open house that you held? Were they referred to you by another Realtor, out-of-state or out of your demographic area? Did they find you through your family or friends? Did one of your present or past clients give them your name to call when they said they needed a good agent? Which way that lead came in to you, makes a huge difference … (6 comments)
