listings in ct: Listings Needed!

With all of the real estate signs that are up, you wouldn't think this would be a title that is necessary. However, my buyer clients are not finding the homes that they need with the present inventory. Many of the homes are short sales or foreclosures, with much needed work. Buyers would rather find a home, that has been cared for, updated and maintained. My current listings are selling and I will need to refill the stock on the buyer's shelves. I had to share my latest experience with you. I am sure it has, or will, happen to you. I have three wonderful children, who are now adults. They all make me very proud. Good citizens, kind and considerate of others and they really are motivated. My youngest Daughter is, now, looking for a house. She has spent the most time with me, during my real estate career.
