Most people these days are looking for their next homes on the internet and most of the time, if not all of the time, will call the Realtor that they find a listing they like on their site.  In order to separate yourself from the pack having great photography to show the property correctly is very important.  This makes the Realtor stand out as well as the listing which is most definitely a win win situation.  

Also, virtual tours have become more and more important to showcasing a property.  Making sure that there is detail in the tour and a clear view of each of the main areas that sell a home is the difference between someone just clicking by or stopping and noticing.  A lot of time if the potential buyer doesn't like the property they are looking but like the detail they are viewing they will still contact the Realtor to see what else they may possibly have.
