Finally we are seeing some positive news coming out in this difficult market. We have been seeing a steady decline in closed loans due to the all the restrictions and added guidelines implemented and now finally we are starting to see some improvements.
Today, the FHA has rescinded its 90 anti-flipping rule and will, for a period of 1 year, allow FHA buyers to obtain loans on properties that have been recently purchased by investors.
