When I am assisting the business development of the Law Office of Robert C. Russell, P.C. and his team of attorneys and counselors at NW Loan Modification Center located in Vancouver, Washington. I am starting to hear horror stories where people that were offered a "temporary" loan mod at Bank of America, Chase, or one of the many other servicers and only to find out later they were denied.
