June 2012 Indian Summer Golf & Country Club Real Estate Market Update The Indian Summer Golf & Country Club neighborhood in Olympia, WA saw two single home sales in June, one townhome sale and one single family home pending (under contract).  The two single family sales were two of the larger homes in Indian Summer – both over 3,100 square feet.  Their sales prices averaged to be $497,250.
