Whether you love Microsoft or hate them, this is a big day for them as they have officially released their latest operating system: Windows 7.  Initial reviews have been mostly favorable (then again, they were favorable for Windows Vista also).  
There are two major flavors of Windows 7, a 32 bit and 64 bit.  (You must have a 64 bit procesor to install 64 bit Windows 7).  Then there are three sub-versions of this operating system: Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate.  To compare the differences of these versions, click here.
