farm neighbourhood: What do you have to Offer clients? - 08/28/12 09:25 AM
Imagine if you were to study real estate and your farm area like a university student does.  An undergrad at the University of Toronto spends about 2 hours per week in class per course.  Over the course of their 4-5 years in university these students spend about 1300 hours in class!  So imagine if you spent just 4 hours per week every week for the next 2 years studying real estate in general and your farm neighborhood’s local real estate market.  That’s 416 hours.  You would know more about that neighborhood than some people who’d lived there all their lives!
