Very good Information that Betina has provided here. Having worked in the UT Condo area for awhile last year the market there still is strong. Via Betina Foreman- Austin Area Realtor, Central Austin Real Estate (512)771-6318 (Keller Williams): Do you have a child going to UT next semester? If so consider purchasing a condo or home for them to live in for the next four years, don't just throw away money on rent. I have prepared some current market statistics for the University of Texas area below. The Austin home market is strong and real estate is always a wise purchase.

I'm buying a New Home from a Builder, why would I need a Realtor? I have heard this over the past few years and I'm sure its something that has been around for a long while. So these are my thoughts on WHY YOU NEED A REALTOR. A Realtor will be your advocate. With a Buyers Representative Agreement with a Realtor you have someone in your corner. A professional Realtor will help you avoid pitfills. A Realtor will negotiate on your behalf. Isn't is great to know you are not alone and can have experience and knowledge on your side. A

We are the Solution to their Problem, Call a Realtor today. Reflecting on sellers and buyers needs brings out the PROBLEMS. Seller. I need to relocate for my new job, in 2 months. I need to move. I can't afford this home any longer. I'm past due on my mortgage. I need to move. My folks are elderly and need my help.. They live 1,000 miles away. I need to move. My children are grown I dont need 4 bedrooms any more, I want to downsize. Buyers. My company is relocating me, I need to move. Are there any "deals" out there
