I know there are may odors. Pets, smoke, cooking, garbage, as well as other reasons all create odors. Most of the time your clients do not even notice the problem. But if they listed their home with you, they want it sold and not having good results from showings is not acceptable.

You and I both know that todays Realtor has to be all things to all people. It is a tough market and sellers do not always understand why their home gets no showings, or does not get an offer. Many are quick to run from agent to agent in hopes that it is the agent and not the market. They need our help in getting them to reality. If they want to sell then they need to be ready to do what it take to help get their home sold. Holding out for the highest price in this market is not always smart. If they are selling to move up here in our market or in another market, more than likely they will get a better price on the new home they choose.
