You know in this market, Buyers have the upper hand. They can look until you drop and still not find the home they have described to you. With all the deterrents out there, you know location, condition, price you do not need another deterrant. If odors assail the senses as you walk in, the Buyer will be turned off even if this is the perfect home for them. I know how important a clean, non cluttered, maybe even staged, home is as these Buyers walk through.
