RE/MAX R4 Convention – It Was Worth The Trip!! - 03/15/11 01:48 PM
The theme for this year’s RE/MAX Convention was “R4″. Recharge – Revolutionize- Reward – Rethink.   I’m very glad I made the effort and expense to go.   I needed the all the “R’s”!
I stayed at a great place – Mandalay Bay – no complaints whatsoever about the accommodations.  In the evenings, I got to be a tourist!  I had not been to Las Vegas for 20 years, so I was impressed and had fun!
The convention was the best yet – in terms of keynote speakers, training sessions, and networking.

I Got a Feeling About Gainesville - 03/01/11 08:06 PM
On this bright, warm, Sunday afternoon....I got a feeling. A feeling that sums up what's happening in Gainesville, Florida's real estate market. I don't have any specific market stats on this blog post. Just a gut feeling.  Our local real estate market is showing signs of better activity!
Some might call it Spring Fever...(although it's February 27th) and we have had a week of Spring like weather.
