Wow we are so lucky here in San Diego that we hardly ever ever get hail or at least get it large enough to do that type of damage, heck 10K to 15K like he says. Didnt know this so be careful If you can see green staining in your sinks and toilet, this is the actual copper being leached out of the plumbing....Oops. And though a water treatment system might have prevented the issues, we are probably too late in the process to add one now. I agree with this statement 100% My goal was to not let you get distracted by the pretty pictures, but rather, to show you how to develop a home staging system that has proven sales results. When you help your client to sell, you get another home staging job. If I only focused on how ‘pretty’ you could make it and not on the proven and repeatable system, you would only get one job.
