Wow we are so lucky here in San Diego that we hardly ever ever get hail or at least get it large enough to do that type of damage, heck 10K to 15K like he says. And you know insurance is tough with its deductible and all.

If you can see green staining in your sinks and toilet, this is the actual copper being leached out of the plumbing....Oops. And though a water treatment system might have prevented the issues, we are probably too late in the process to add one now.

My goal was to not let you get distracted by the pretty pictures, but rather, to show you how to develop a home staging system that has proven sales results.
