How do you sell your home at Mueller? The second attempt is under way right now. The first resale ended up leasing their home recently, after 37 days on the market. And now the second resale home is available.
I’m a little surprised by the listing for a number of reasons - there are no photos of it, and no sign is on the street.

Mueller Austin is great for Trick or Treaters (dense housing, wide sidewalks, well-lit streets and lots of candy), but how do the house prices compare to surrounding zip codes?
I was showing some people around the David Weekley inventory on Cal Rodgers last week. The Antone (inventory home with interior upgrades, a larger lot and a 3 car garage) is listed at $376,994 or $169/sqft.
The Mansfield (3 car garage, large lot, interior upgrades) is just under 2000sqft, is listed at $368,687 and is $186/sqft. I’ll use these two David Weekley homes to compare to homes in surrounding zip codes.

Dell's Children's Medical Center of Central Texas is one of the employers at the mixed-use development - it has a 32-acre campus in the Northwest Quadrant of the old airport redevelopment, part of the potential 4.2m sqft of non-residential real estate.
The hospital announced an expansion of its Emergency Department by ten beds, bringing the total to 44 beds. Along with the new beds come new physicians and nurses according to the press release.

The wooden frames of new homes are appearing rapidly on the horizon as new urbanites write contracts on their homes. The first apartment building - Mosaic at Mueller - is wrapped in plastic and standing tall, with the intersection of Aldrich and Doc Reeves ready for the upcoming Town Center district.

Tomorrow from 1-5pm the Mueller Redevelopment in Austin, TX will host it's Spring 2008 Open House. Six builders, the retail center and the developers Catellus will open their doors to let the people of Texas see what's behind the doors.
