Who died and put you in charge ?? ....the seller did - 03/03/10 06:16 PM
Ironically this ole saying.. is not a funny one. One of our seller's did died. He was old school , his wife too...and she didn't have financial information...including a loan number. Unfortunatly, we were not called until after the dead,now we gotta resurrected the financials.
After 11,000 days of selling real estate, I am proud to be a REALTOR, and trusted part of my world. We are a professional group that does come to the aid of our clients. Local Housewife Caught with Handyman - 03/02/10 11:35 AM
Unfortunately this house wife was not expecting her husband to come home as she was found with the handyman. As in most cases she was not being careful with her affairs. Can you image the look on the husband's face, as he found his wife with the Handyman? I can't imagine his thoughts on how she was looking at the Handyman. It seems for most men, this would be very difficult to accept. In my case I think I may be questionable on how my wife would even put her hands on the Handyman.
