Well I guess the Title raised your interest lol.  This is a true statement as in my MLS Board in Alameda County, 1 of a few there was close to $100 Million Dollars in Probate Real Estate Listings Closed during 2012!  All I have to say about this is how many did you do in your area as this is typical volume in an large County.  Close to 300 Probate Listings came through and the interesting fact is no agent had more than 4 listings.   Can you see an opportunity!  I hope so!

As a Probate Agent in California there are two Probate Processes which can be used to sell an Estate Home during Probate.  The process we use with the Independent Administration of Estates Act which was enacted in 1987 and allows the estate to take the home out of the court supervision process and sell it almost like a regular sale.   Today we talk about one of the Documents you will need to close.
