Some areas were hit harder than others, yet those areas which have been traditionally high in demand are off a lot less than the peak. The market in the San Francisco Bay Area seems to be in recovery.  There has been many multiple offers lately on many homes, and the days on market for homes is decreasing.  Regular sales (not bank-owned or short sales) are in heavy demand.

This just could not wait until Halloween...This is not for April Fools, but one of my agents sent it to me, so I thought I'd be kind and share.I just hope the people found out about it BEFORE they bought the house, and I'll warn ya, it is pretty creepy.
