April 15th....(tax day) not exactly the day that most people welcome!  However this year was different for buyers of a B & B Inn that I had listed in the Arnold area.  This young couple had a dream that they had been working on for 10 years and that was to own and operate a B & B in an area that was as unique as it was beautiful.  They had searched all along the California coast and even into Oregon and Washington, which have some amazing B & B's.  Their search was finally over!  I stopped in to see them the other day and they were so excited to share their new ideas and success stories with me.  Their business is up and they are now living their dream.  This is a great ending.....or only the beginning of why I love what I do!!!
