Ogden, Utah - Real Estate Market Snapshot
The 3rd quarter numbers are in the bag, currently in the Ogden area there is a 14.66 Month supply of homes on the market, based on current sales. This is definitely a buyer's market especially with interest rates currently to be found at or below 4%. The number of homes currently listed is 857, with only 55 homes selling last month.
Ogden area residents were also affcted by recent layoffs at employer ATK, with just over 420 employees loosing their jobs, some of those numbers came from the Ogden area.

Brigham City, Utah - Real Estate Market Snapshot
The 3rd quarter numbers are in the bag, currently in the Brigham City area there is a 12 1/2 Month supply of homes on the market, based on current sales. This is definitely a buyer's market especially with interest rates currently to be found at or below 4%. The number of homes currently listed is 115, with only 10 homes selling last month.
Brigham City residents also recently experienced a blow to the local economy with the news and layoffs of at least 420 employees of ATK, which is one of the largest employers in the county.
