This post is to say Thank You to all the wonderful ActiveRain members who have helped me reach the milestone of 100,000 points.  Sometimes it is a difficult road and it takes time and work to reach this point, but the rewards are well worth the effort.  I've made many new friends and learned a lot.  I'm looking forward to spending a lot more time here on Active Rain.

The Hare  The Tortoise Actually, the correct answer should be a Team.  You need the quick start and repose of the Hare and the persistent and consistent follow up of the Tortoise.
Hare -  The quicker you respond to an Internet lead, the more likely that you will catch the prospect and be able to do business with them.  The contact should be called or if there is no phone number, they should receive an e-mail within 5 minutes.  I recommend that the lead go directly from the Internet into a Treo, iPhone, Blackberry, etc. … (8 comments)

Lieutenant Colonel Marc Hoffmeister needs your vote to be selected as Adventurer of the Year.  He is currently one of ten adventurers selected by National Geographic.  Readers' Choice Voting ends tomorrow to select which of these individuals will win.  All the finalists are amazing, but there is more to Marc's story than just adventure.

I was just starting on my desk when I happened to see this post.  I do have another suggestion to add:
6.  Use a bulldozer and dump truck. LOL
