1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Pace Picante Sauce
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 Cups Chopped cooked chicken
1/2 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 Cup Nabisco Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP butter, melted
5 pkg (8 oz ea) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 Cup Sugar
3 TBSP Flour
1 TBSP Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
4 Eggs
12 Kraft Caramels 
32 Planters Pecan Halves

Yesterday was a great day!  My son and his family drove up and we spent the day together celebrating his 42nd birthday and our granddaughters 10th birthday.  They both share the same birthday..
We had a beautiful day (a bit cool compared to the gorgeous, warm weather we've been having), but still  sunny and spring like .  Just enjoyed the day by grilling out, blowing out candles on the two birthday cakes after singing Happy Birthday, and just laughing and enjoying the time together.

If you are readying to sell, getting your exterior to match your interior appeal can be a trick sometimes.
I have a client right now that is looking at removing a small waterfall and pond with fish because the maintenance is more than most people want. 
My recommendation was to clean and leave the pond as is, do not remove.  The client knows how much effort it takes to keep algae out,fish feed, pumps running and maintain water levels.  Buyers look at ponds, fish and waterfalls as romantic, alluring with a soothing benefit.

This weekend was the National Open House Weekend with it being reported that nearly 800 homes were help open by local real estate agents.
The normal weekend is less than a third or that number based on the counts set as open houses on our local MLS system.
My open house was well attended and met several couples that are looking for a lifestyle change.  They are retirement ages and my clients condo fits the bill.  Others were there because they have busy lives and reducing the maintenance and lawn care was thier reason for coming.

Here is a link to an article by the Wall Street Journal, it has already been reported that more home owners will lose their homes this year than last. 
This article out lines what can be expected.  Michigan has the continued dubious honor of leading the nation in the highest unemployment rate.  Based on the unemployment rate we can see that we are in for a bumpy ride.

                                                    Hash Brown and Cheese Potatoes

1 (2-lb) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 Medium onion, finely chopped (1-1/2 cups)
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz) carton nonfat sour cream
2 Tablespoons corn-oil margarine, melted
8 oz. Low-fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated (2 cups)
1 cup (2 oz) crush non-fat potato chips
 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray a 9 x 13 inches glass baking dish with a nonstick vegetable coating and set aside.

Activerain glitches...
I usually don't say much but the number of time outs and processing errors for Activerain has become increasingly difficult to grasp.
Some of this can be contributed to load, the number of people accessing the server at the same time.  The bandwidth of the servers capability is to small.
The server might not be able to process the load...being to slow but the bandwidth is find...a number of reason including conflicts with software.  I have the latest and greatest but many times the places I am going has older software that is not compatible.

Good Friday...this was a great Friday...the 80 degrees and what a way to celebrate Good Friday, the end of the week and spring fever has arrived.
Today was a top down day if you had a convertible.  I have the sun burn to prove it.  We wait all winter for weather like this, and people that had Good Friday off, the day was exceptional.

The final Four...it may not be real estate, then again it is just like real estate, Location, Location, Location!
The players position themselves to control the opposing team.  We promote, to find buyers; we position our listings to grab attention.  Our offense is our best defense so the more promotion, (offense) the faster we sell (defense from an expired listing and lack of income).
