Want positive recognition within your community for doing positive something you believe in? Volunteering not money, anyone can do that, your time. Get to know people, understand them and their needs. People can see through those that are on boards for the name on a resume. Build communities from the inside out, with your knowledge and help. No you can not come in or see my house! You are just a nosy neighbor, go snoop around someone else's house. Today I met the ultimate for sale by owner. It was a chance meeting but had me in stitches, laughing because I could see this guy doing everything he was relating to me. I really never gave time or dates much thought unless they were associated with a contract or closing a sale. I have maintained my physical condition over the years.
