We talk about all kinds of ways to get buyer's to buy.  One of the most overlooked simple things to do is stage your home for buyer's.  Go through your home and clean out closets.  This makes them look larger and the buyer's can see that their personal belongings will fit.  Pack away anything that clutters or makes a room look stuffed!  You want your rooms to look open and flow.
