Part 3 is a continuation of part 2 only the focus is on colors. Space can be created with the right colors. You can make a room look smaller with dark colors or larger than it is with light colors. You can also impact mood with colors. You can make a room look gloomy or bright and festive.

Staging can be a subjective area of selling real estate. Some people say I live here I am going to have my home like I want it while I own it! No problem....you may own it a long time without staging your home to sell.
Everyone has what they call a "Junk Drawer" you shouldn't have what you call a bedroom and it be a "JUNK ROOM"!
